WROCLAW ↔ PRAGUE STUDENT JAZZ ENSEMBLE & BACHELOR CONCERT OF MARTIN KOUT

A pilot project of international cooperation between the jazz departments in Prague and Wroclaw. A jazz septet composed of students from two prestigious academies will perform original compositions and arrangements by the band members themselves. The artistic director of the ensemble is David Dorůžka.

The event will be followed by Martin Kout's bachelor concert.

Martin Kout's work focuses on jazz and popular music, but also free improvisation. He will attempt to combine all three of these worlds in his bachelor concert. His original compositions will be complemented by a few covers of songs by leading artists (not only) from the jazz scene.
