HAMUfest is back!
The day when the Music and Dance Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts opens its doors to the public is just around the corner—and we can’t wait. On Sunday, June 7, Malostranské náměstí will come alive with the rhythms of music, dance, and theater.
From 2:00 PM until evening, students will fill the entire campus with the best of what they know and create. A day full of art awaits you, where classical meets jazz, physical theater meets dance, concerts meet workshops, and a packed program awaits. There will be food stands, lounge chairs in the meditation garden, and an afterparty at Café HAMU.
Take a peek inside two historic palaces, home to the most expensive piano in Prague and the former dining hall of the University of Political Science of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia. We’ve also got families with children in mind, so that everyone can take home a memorable experience.
