DEAN'S INSTRUCTIONS ON THE OPERATION OF THE FACULTY DURING THE EASTER HOLIDAYS 2024

Dear students, dear colleagues,

I would like to draw your attention to the information on the operation of the faculty during the upcoming Easter holidays. 

The Dean's holiday is announced for Thursday 28 March 2024. On this day, all faculty premises will be open from 8:00 to 21:30. 

On Good Friday (a public holiday) March 29 and on Saturday March 30, 2024, the faculty campus will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (corresponds to my Faculty Operations Guidelines dated September 8, 2023). 

Students will be allowed access to the faculty for the purpose of practicing on the basis of booking into the reservation system for specific classrooms and areas designated by the Head of the respective Department.

The Liechtenstein Palace (LP) reception is open 24 hours a day.
The Hartig Palace (HP) reception will be open only on Thursday, March 28, from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The reception will be closed after 6pm and during the public holidays and weekend. Keys can be borrowed and returned at the reception desk of Liechtenstein Palace. 

The Faculty will be closed on Sunday 31 March and Easter Monday 1 April 2024 (public holiday). Teachers and students will not be allowed to enter the faculty campus on these days, nor will classes or preparation for classes ( practice sessions) take place. Therefore, it will not be possible to reserve individual classrooms and rooms in the HAMU reservation system.
