POKYNY DĚKANA K PROVOZU FAKULTY O VELIKONOČNÍCH SVÁTCÍCH 2025
Dear students, dear colleagues,
I would like to draw your attention to the information on the operation of the faculty during the upcoming Easter holidays.
On Thursday, 17 April 2025, I have declared a Dean's holiday. On this day, all faculty facilities will be open from 8:00 am to 9:30 pm.
On Good Friday, April 18 (a national holiday) and Saturday, April 19, 2025, the faculty will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (consistent with my Faculty Operating Guidelines dated 10/25/2024).
• Student access to the faculty for the purpose of practicing will be granted on the basis of booking into the reservation system for specific classrooms and areas designated by the department.
• The Liechtenstein Palace (LP) reception desk will be open 24 hours a day, the Hartig Palace (HP) reception desk will be open only on Thursday, 17 April, from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The reception will be closed after 6 pm and during public holidays and weekends. Keys can be borrowed and returned at the LP reception.
The Faculty will be closed on Easter Sunday 20 April and Easter Monday 21 April 2025 (public holiday).
• Teachers and students will not be allowed to enter the faculty on these days, nor will classes or preparation for classes ( practice sessions) take place. Therefore, it will not be possible to reserve individual classrooms and rooms in the HAMU reservation system.
