INSTRUCTIONS BY THE DEAN OF HAMU REGARDING THE OPERATION OF THE FACULTY
Lichtenstein Palace (LP)
The LP reception desk is open 24 hours a day.
For all HAMU employees, the faculty premises located in the LP will be on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (from 4:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 9:00 p.m. to midnight, regular cleaning takes place in all classrooms and adjacent corridors and faculty spaces, which takes priority during this time); Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and during the dean's vacation from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.,
for all HAMU students, the faculty premises in the LP will be accessible on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (from 4:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 9:00 p.m. to midnight, regular cleaning takes place in all classrooms and adjacent corridors and areas of the faculty, which takes priority during this time); Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and during the dean's vacation from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Students will be allowed access to the faculty for the purpose of practicing on the basis of registration in the reservation system for specific classrooms and areas of the relevant department, as determined by the head of the corresponding department.
Hartigovský Palace (HP)
The HP reception desk is open only on weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; after 6:00 p.m., on weekends and holidays, the reception desk will be closed; keys can be borrowed and returned at the LP reception desk.
For all HAMU employees, the faculty premises located in HP will be accessible on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.; On Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and during the dean's vacation, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.,for students of the Department of Dance and the Department of Nonverbal Theater, the corresponding premises will be accessible from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (after which the halls must be vacated for cleaning). Changing rooms until 9:30 p.m. (after which the changing rooms must be vacated for cleaning). Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and during the dean's vacation from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
For students of the Department of Wind Instruments, the corresponding facilities will be accessible from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and during the dean's vacation from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The dean's instructions are effective from October 25, 2024, until further notice.
