The establishment of faculty grant committees (hereinafter referred to as "FGK") is stipulated in Article 6 of Rector's Decree No. 9/2016.

1. Each FGK has a total of seven members and consists of the dean, the vice-dean for research and development, three members of the academic community from among academic staff, and two external members.
2. Internal and external members of the committees are selected, appointed, and dismissed by the deans of the relevant faculties.
3. The term of office of FGK members is two years, and members may be re-elected to the committee.
4. The FGK has a quorum if more than half of its members are present.
5. The secretary of the FGK is an employee of the faculty's grant department.

The selection committee evaluates applications and final reports for Faculty Support for Student and Teaching Projects.
The selection committee consists of the dean, vice-deans, secretary, and a member of the faculty academic senate. In the case of the second category, the composition of the committee is identical, except that a member of the student chamber of the faculty academic senate is delegated in place of a member of the faculty academic senate. The committee for the final evaluation of projects is identical to the selection committee.

ACTIVITIES OF THE HAMU PUBLICATION COMMITTEE:

• creates HAMU's publication plan for the calendar year and a long-term concept for the publication plan;
• submits the committee's statements to the NAMU Publication Board
• collects proposals from departments, HAMU workplaces, and external authors concerning the publication of texts and sheet music in the fields of music, dance, and pantomime; takes a position on proposals, recommends the form of publications, proposes modifications, and submits the committee's position to the AMU Editorial Board;
• discusses with the management of the NAMU Publishing House matters arising during the preparation of published works.

The committee usually meets twice a year (November, May) in advance of the AMU Editorial Board meeting.
The members of the Editorial Committee are appointed and dismissed by the Dean of HAMU from among the members of the HAMU academic community, who also appoints and dismisses its chair.
